Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website or engaging Maigrate Consulting for consulting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Consulting Engagement Terms

Payment Terms

- • Late payments may incur additional fees and project work may be suspended
- • All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which are the client's responsibility

Collaboration

Intellectual Property
Client Data and Assets
You retain full ownership of all your data, business information, and proprietary assets. We claim no rights to your data and use it solely for the purpose of delivering consulting services.
Our Methodologies
Our proprietary methodologies, frameworks, templates, and general best practices remain our intellectual property. Customizations and implementations specific to your business become your property upon full payment.
Deliverables
Reports, recommendations, and custom solutions created specifically for your project become your property. We may retain copies for our records and quality assurance purposes, subject to confidentiality obligations.
Confidentiality and Data Security
Mutual Confidentiality: We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and expect the same regarding our proprietary methods and processes.

Limitation of Liability

Termination
Project Termination
- • Either party may terminate a consulting engagement with 30 days written notice
- • Client is responsible for payment of all work completed through the termination date
- • All deliverables completed through termination will be provided to the client
- • Confidentiality obligations continue indefinitely after termination
Immediate Termination
Either party may terminate immediately for material breach, including non-payment, violation of confidentiality, or failure to provide necessary cooperation for project completion.

Permitted Use

- • Sharing content with proper attribution
Prohibited Use

If any provision of these Terms of Service is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
